  • Please call in the morning if your child will be late or absent so that we can have an accurate attendance report and lunch order for the day. Please discuss after-school arrangements with your child ahead of time to help alleviate interruptions and messages given during the school day.

  • To set up online lunch payments, you will need your child’s “Other ID”, which can be found under Student Info in your Family Access account. You can make one-time payments to Food Service or set up recurring payments. This is safer and more efficient than sending money to school with your child! Free/Reduced lunch applications and guidelines are also available online. The Free/Reduced lunch program is a great option to help families make ends meet!

EMAIL: Receive reminders and information from the Pinedale Office. Make sure you have an updated, valid email address on file through your Skyward Family Access account.


CLASS DOJO: Stay connected to your child’s classroom and teacher by downloading the Class Dojo app. You can log in to track the points your child earns for positive behavior, plus stay updated with your class news, view photos uploaded by your child’s teacher, and send/receive messages directly between you and your child’s teacher. Ask them for an invite code if you haven’t already received one!

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION FOLDERS: Each week, students bring home a folder with their completed work, teacher notes, hand-outs, flyers and other information. Don’t forget to look through it!
